SMS & Text Messaging Privacy

When you provide your phone number through our intake form, you consent to receive text messages from AutoHax. Your phone number is used to send deal updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages.

Mobile Information Sharing: We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Your phone number may only be shared with our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel) solely to facilitate messages sent on behalf of AutoHax. No other third party will receive your mobile number for marketing.

SMS Opt-In: By submitting your phone number through our intake form and checking the SMS consent box, you are opting in to receive text messages from AutoHax. Your opt-in consent is specific to AutoHax and will not be shared with or used by any third party.

If you purchase the AutoHax Quotes service ($99), the information you provide (vehicle preferences, contact details, and target pricing) is used solely to source and deliver dealer quotes to you. We may share the minimum vehicle information needed (such as desired make, model, year, and trim) with our nationwide dealer network so they can provide pricing back to us. Your phone number and email are never sold, rented, or shared with dealers or third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
